Ari Dragan is a senior consulting and enterprise transformation leader with 30+ years of consulting and digital transformation experience. He has operated at the enterprise leadership level across advisory and transformation roles, using operating model design, governance, funding structures, value stream alignment, and performance systems to turn strategy into disciplined execution at scale.
He is known for helping organizations break through transformation stall by redesigning the structures, systems, and leadership mechanisms that improve flow, reduce organizational friction, and accelerate time-to-value across the enterprise.
Ari's background includes leadership roles with Accenture, CGI, NTT DATA, Cognizant, and independent consulting engagements. Across these roles, he has advised senior leaders on Agile/digital transformations, organizational design, Lean Portfolio governance, strategy-to-execution modernization, value stream alignment, funding structures, and enterprise performance measurement in complex multi-portfolio environments.
He has led or supported large-scale transformation work across healthcare, financial services, government, manufacturing, insurance, retail, and technology—helping enterprises move from project-centric execution toward product- and value stream-oriented operating models.
